Things are happenin down in the south.

So freakin tired!

 we are just exhausted and pass out on the pillow! woah! we're workin hard haha well what has happened this week? Not all of our gators were able to make it to church this week :( but some part member families we're workin with came!! hurray! one we didnt even know was coming! the Loveilles, and at the end sis Loveille was super happy and she was sayin how she forgot how good the spirit was here! than her husband told us that he wants to take the lessons!! and so sweet!! this past week we have done alot of divide and conquer. so much to do! so i do one thing in the room while sis ch does the other thing :) crazy!! The baptisms for this saturday are still a go!! sis suddeth is entering into the waters of baptism at 11 as well as doug peterson! ahhh!! stressin out ma friends, so much to do, so little time! we just keep askin our WML what do we need to do now? how about now? how about now? haha 

ive been workin on trust this transfer, so im puttin all my trust into Heavenly Father that all will work out this week. we have alot of plans!!  It is interesting to see the effect that you have on people. just one person can make a difference! to us missionaries, just one person who is willing to listen to what we have to say can make our day so much better! one person can change generations! its pretty cool! hmm idk im just thinkin about contacting approaches, we have to do things a little differently down here in the south, so many people believe in bein with families forever, and the apostacy, and prophets and apostles. hmmm anyway! what else happened? so much!!!  Our gators sister is my doppleganger? haha we look alike freaky! but i love the bain family, they are sooo awesome! definitely need the gospel!! than adam came to church when he said he wasnt! he surprised! us!!  he is studyin the gospel hard core, i dont think ive ever met anyone who has studied the gospel as hard and as wide as adam has. we use an analogy with him concerning faith. you need to have faith that when you flick the light switch, the light will turn on. you cant just sit there with faith hopin that the lightll turn on, you have to get up and go flick the switch!! so faith with out works is dead. but adam is a deeper kind of man, and he wants to know so much about it! so we twisted the story a little bit. 

so he grew up let say learning that there was magic that turned the light on. but we tell him through modern revelation we know that there is a wire that runs from the light switch to the light bulb. you dont need to know what the wire is made out of yet, you dont need to know every crunchin detail. you first have to believe that there is a wire! than you can learn about what the wire is made of etc.
OR you can give an anology about how you can look at a tree and know its beautiful! you dont have to know every leaf, every limb, every inch of the tree to know. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is a HUGE! and sooo deep! but you dont have to know all of it to believe!     we're workin on tryin to help our gators see that they wont know everything but that you just have to take a leap of faith!

We had a lesson with some people who are tryin to "save" us. bless their hearts. #nuffsaid. the wife wrote out all this anti stuff, all this false doctrine she said she found out. all the stuff that is contradictin itself. haha oh my just even thinkin about it brings a sad feelin! i wept over this! durin the lesson i thought i was ganna burst into tears! soooo sad! they are rejecting the most beautiful thing in the universe!  The Gospel of Jesus Christ isnt as different as people think. It makes me sooo dagum sad!! 

OH i was reading in BoM 2 nephi 4 and from vs23+ Lehi is (what i think) bringin up a pitty party. ya know. "why me!' why why why why!!! than he slaps himself in the face and prays. very very specific things he asks the Lord. so im ganna try to pray more different and specific!!  Things are happenin down in the south. i can feel it! ahh!! and yes it is gettin hot down here! woo!!! im gettin strange tan lines in the oddest places! eek! hahahaha Party down in NV

Hey!

sorry for emailing so late. this morning was crazy we had to bike 5 miles into valp to help an elderly sister do service, its like 85? 90 degrees outside plus humidity! so we're pretty gross haha now we're here! tada!!

So happy to see my family yesterday! hurray! happy mothers day!! best. day. ever!!

OK! i have had so many epiphanys! woah. like seriously. so many.  Have you ever wondered why all the people in the BoM and Bible weep? most of them weep over the people and their wickedness, or when a heart is changed and they rejoice! so in our zone conference our mission pres has stepped up the bar of what he expects of us. he wants us to become powerful teachers of truth and rightousness! sick right?? so i realized this morning actually haha that everytime we get dumped by a gator, or someone tried to bible bash, or when the spirit is really strong and you can see the gators changing, i cry! i always thought it was because i was a cry baby!! but its not. its more than that... Never be afraid to cry! Jesus did it, alma did it, ammon did it! so many weep! but its more than just cryin, its feelin the sorrow on the inside! like when bobby dumped us last week tears were welling in my eyes! he just turned away from the truth and denied everything we had taught him! he put all things aside! pushed the feelins he felt out!! how SAD is that!!! so we weep! haha yep im a cry baby! haha oh well!!

We're steppin it up a ton in the area!!  we are movin through people. siftin and findin the wheat that is ready for harvest!!! So much is happenin though, i really dont know where to begin. im at a blank, im lookin at my planner and i dont know which to tell yall!!!!! we have some rockin gators! our southern family is mulitplyin! mamma E is absolutely amazing! i love being a missionary!

im almost finished with jesus the christ. hardest dagum book ive ever read!! i need to take more pictures. (HEY MOM CAN WE SWAP SD CARDS??) hmm we are pushin ourselves though, so much harder and stretchin so much farther! every time i hear that i think of laffy taffy hahahaha but its true we're strivin to be more specific and on the dot with certain things. makin every lesson count. teach em like they have a bcd!

OK ill tell yall about this LA sister we saw. she grew up in utah in the church, her whole family is active. but her lol she is so bubbly and fun! super la though, still follows the basic principals though. goes to methodist church with her bf. when we shared the message at the end of our dinner, we showed her the easter.mormon.org video and talked about how regret becomes relief! and why she stopped comin to church etc. she broke into tears! she told us so much and we gave her a chapter to read in the book of mormon  to read. she has had a change of heart! i did get teary eyed in there ;) but she is bein effected by the spirit and by the prayers of her family! she is so special. we just loove her!! she is feelin the spirit again and is turnin towards Christ again! happy day! all is well!! haha

Adam is doin well, he got his quad and a few other books about us. he is doin so much research! we just need to help him notice what the spirit is like! our last lesson i got the feelin of the bible bashin feelin. not from him, but from us! we need to keep our cool and take a breathe! he is still readin! he even came to church yesterday!! wooohooo!!! we had 10 of our gators that made it to church!! ahhH!! it was chaos!!! but so so soooo good! the spirit was there it was the best sunday ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not even playin! TJ smith he told us to come over after church because he had somethin to tell us. dun dun duun!!!n we go over with jamie bradley and he takes us outside my thoughts were "awe crap not again"  sis ch was the same way she told me later! but he brought up some of his past and why he thinks the way he does. we tried to help explain things, bouncin back and forth so that no one got bored of the other :) but he just had a question on pre earth life and the priesthood! sweet!! haha love him!!

than Sis suddeth has a bcd of may 24!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wooooohooo!!!! Peterson has the same date!!! MAY 24!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its ganna be awesome awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh my 2 down 5 more to go!! we're runnin out of time though!! gaah!! hahah i heard you know your bein a good missionary if when you come home at night your exhausted and ready for bed. but so excited for the next day that Heavenly Father has given you to work! story of our lives!!! I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, is true. it is! it simply is! all things are here, the whole picture! not one part of it fuzzy or unclear! its perfect doctrines change the hearts of men! its helpes turn them to their fathers! and the hearts of the fathers to their children!

HEY!

Yes we're alive and well! Nobody panic! nobody panic!! so this past week was a little crazy haha so on Tuesday we usually have district meeting right? well we were up and ready, it was cloudy and rainy but that is normal. but then we got a call that said district meeting is canceled! ah! haha what? but the conference call was still on! so we called in at 10. and pres was tellin us about the flooding warnings and the tornado warnings. every missionary was to stay home with their 72hr kit ready!  you know I changed into my sweats! party! haha then we were insntructed to call in every 4 hours to make sure we were still alive. ok to be honest it wasn't hit hard here in Niceville! we're in a special place with bayou all around us and the high elivations we did pretty good!  the worst we got was the lightning storm!! so we baked cookies, watched every movie we owned then stole the elders movies and watched em! then we read scriptures for like EVER!! we made videos and were goofy! our phone was goin off a ton closer towards the end of the day!. 'immediate alert' 'immediate alert' 'immediate alert' with this awful/scary beeping noise! it was scary then the alert! the alerts were just warning. there was a tornado touch down or something not far, Niceville didn't get like any of it though. but we got txt msg from pres sayin to stay in the middle of the house and away from windows. so we moved our beds into our little hallway and had a sleepover!!#2by2 halaa! we did pepto bismal face masks (bad idea. it dries and hurts so bad!) than I gave sis ch a makeover. (she looked like a 3yr old had done it... haha) and we watched more movies!! the lightning storm was crazy though! k wait so all day was cloudy and on and off raining. #noahsark it was pretty sketch. but the lightning was like a strob light! constant light! the sky didn't get dark! ahh! and the thunder shook the house non stop! needless to say, we didn't get the best nights rest that night haha than on Wednesday we called in safe and sound, no one was allowed out still. but we still got up and did the normal routine. at this point of our lives we had done all that could be done and now we cleaned and made more videos! ahh! we're going a little crazy. I think I took a nap?... hmm but! around 4:30 we were released from prison! #prisonbreak so we bounced and went out! ooo how freedom tastes sooooo good! all our plans had canceled because we just didn't know so we went out to find people! we found sis diviney again! woohoo!! she is alive and well! we're goin over for dinner Wednesday! oh my how much ive missed her! its weird. I didn't know until I saw her. and it was like my life was back into place!! I love her!!!!!!!!! vini and gracee canceled. gracee had an allergic reaction to some make up and had to go to the hospital! sad day!! they are so tough! grr! but I love em and that is what makes it so hard!

Jamie came out with us Thursday because the whole town closed up due to the weather n such! sketch dun dun duun! we were on foot, and it was raining! we were ganna bike until it started raining. so than we walked. our poor feet were soaking and sore! lol but we got 2 new gators. zac and talon gamblin! I felt like we needed to knock on a house! (weird right? aint no body got time for that! haha) so we did this house and they let us inside! we helped em paint their house! their parents helped start a pentacostal church. sweet? but they both took bom and said they'd read and pray. they canceled our next apt though due to family comin in lol anyway!! we had another lesson with bobby and aj at wendys. it ... well ok

so he got a "calling" as a youth minister person in his old church again. so he has rejoined his old church and has decided to not read BoM anymore, he had prayed about it and it wasn't true, and he wont read it anymore. Ok what?? our last lesson went good! ga! so we got dumped and it was sad. we tried to talk about it, to see what happened, but it was just confusing. so we got dumped!! :( :( :(  sis ch wasn't happy at all. she just went off as we were walkin. Idk why I also get in these moods in bad times haha I was makin jokes and tryin to cheer up sis ch. so as we were walkin a car comes up behind us! what the! And it is Rashad!! hurray!! he said that he lost his phone! and that he has been looking for us! :) he wants to meet up again!! awe!!!! so we set up and apt!! heavenly Father LOVES sis Ch. she prays and He answers!! crazy! haha but yay!

than we went to chactaw beach. everyone down there that we met was politely rude! seriously! wouldn't even hear us out! no fun!! but we had an amazing lesson with adam guiles at bro simmons (the amazing) with sis pitcher(the amazing) and it was really really really good!!! Adam ordered a quad! and found the teachings of joseph smith and brigham young at a book store! and now he is goin to order a long restoration movie! haha who is this guy! we just love him!! he is doin awesome!! awesome awesome!

Found an almost lost sheep named casey lee nelson! he knows the church is true and wants to be baptized, just has wow issues! where do you come from??? he lives in crestview though:( but we got his number and are ganna try to get him dunked asap!!
TEMPLE DEDICATION!! wooohooooooo! fr Lauderdale temple is now the house of the Lord!! it was sooo good! it felt just like the temple! well not as good but as close as we can get! It felt sooo good! and I even had answers to prayers! hahai love love loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also love the halls. they are the cutest couple ever!/parents ever!

over all this week was all over the place. it was also a super long week! I cant believe all that happened in one week.... weird!! well that's all for now folks haha

What God does all day every day is for the happiness of us! immortality and eternal life for us!

This week was interesting to say the least we missed out weekly goals by 2 lessons! noooo :( so that was a bummer :( but we still had fun this week for sure. highlights... dagum I don't know!! haha Alyssa Hagewood came out with us on Tuesday! hurray! I absolutely adore her! oh my I freaken love her! ahh!! she is soo amazing! love love love!!

Vini and Gracee Febus. where do I begin... I don't even know. I love em soo much yet they are tough gators! hard core and just tough! gahh! but we had a lesson at sis stockmans house and had a recent convert Donovan black come. he is amazing. we finished teaching the PoS. there came a point where we were talking about eternal marriage and families. and they were having a hard time because its not what they were taught growin up n stuff. so we asked em to put everything they know aside and than we asked em if they would want to be together forever. Gracee said yes, Vini said no. (aw crap) than grace said no. his reason was that he just doesn't believe in that!

Here is what they said they believed. family is important yes. when a man and woman get married they become as one flesh. we are all imperfect! so when we die and go to heaven we will all be perfect and just praise God forever! we will know who each other are but there wont be any relationships.

Ok so than we did some research and askin around. because I can see where they are comin from but lets look at some facts.

Moses 1:39 Gods whole purpose is to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life to men. What God does all day every day is for the happiness of us! immortality and eternal life for us! This is what God does! It would be selfish of God to make us all worship him in that sense. Yes he does need to be worshiped I mean its Heavenly Father for cryin out loud but not  just that forever and ever! Why go through all of this earthly life! why go through trial and tribulations if at the end were ONLY ganna be worshippin God!

A member used and example to help visualize :) so his daughter who is the cutest 2 yr old ever.  she is ganna go through trials, and hardships. she is ganna learn while she is growing up! but when she is grown up and off. he doesn't want her here praising him all the time! no haha he wants her to go out and progress keep growing in life!!

Now imagine that 100 fold. this is what God wants for each of His children!

Bobby hebert we finished PoS at dannys fried chicken.  it was fun :) haha than We had a cute fun lesson with Bro Palmer! I love that sweet old man! seriously! so stinken cute! He didn't do any family History but he did read some of the Book of Mormon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We also had a sleep over this week. I went to crestview with sister leifson and sis g came here with sis ch. it was good :)

Friday night we had the coolest lesson ever I think!! the power was out! k and we went over to bro simmons house with sis pitcher and Rachel we were meetin adam. we get there and we all have flashlights and candles! haha a candlelight lesson! very appropriate since we were talking about Christ! it was a really good lesson the spirit was definetly there and he read! he did so much research! its a little crazy!!!!!! oh my goossh! he is flippen amazing!! I wish there was a secret camera in there so yall could have witnessed it :)

There was a ward 5k run. that was cool!! than we had a good lesson with Peterson! we emphasized the spirit and we did alot of feelings n stuff haha we asked em what makes him happy and how he feels when he is happy! at the end we all kneeled down and asked if it was true! every one prayed! it was cool. Peterson said he felt locked up :( sad! so were ganna try another tatic! :) take him into a nother persons home! :)

OH AND that night we went to go see Vinis dance performance! never have I been to a dance recital with so much religion and God in it than this one! it was awesome!!!!!!! so so good!

Sunday was fun! we had 3 little tiny kids that came to church with us! than there was TJ camerson and josh that came. Peterson came too! hahah we were multiplying and replenishing the church! it was funny hahaha I love being a missionary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ahh!

Hey!

So this week ive had a grip ton of eye openings, regrets, sad moments, tears, laughter, anger, every emotion possible I think has happened this week! so last pday we got permission to watch Saratov approach! soo good! so good! I realized a few things in the movie. A a simple testimony holds a lot of power. B Christ wanted to make his father proud and happy just like I do. and C Christ was afraid just like I am. crazy!

Ok sis Suddeth! is getting closer to baptism! she knows the church is true, she knows that joseph smith and BoM is true and all is right! now we're just waiting for her to gain a confirmation of the date to be baptized! she always just soaks up everything at church! oh my I just love her! love love loovvvee her!!

I read something that said how you express your love through your patience, selflessness, kindness and something else I cant remember.  but I liked it

Than for district meeting we went to the beach again and had a picnic. it was cold and windy! so many birds it was crazy! but it was fun! I love the sand :)

Bro Palmer, who we started to do family history with, we're teaching him the gospel! he recored general conference and is ganna read BoM and watch it :) HURRAY!!!!! I love him! I want to marry someone who will be old and cute like bro palmer :)

It is super interesting how people say they have prayed about BoM and feel like its not for them. and than its funny how we just don't respond and keep teaching them! we decided that they don't know what they're talking about so we're ganna keep teachin them!  :) crazy moment. We were teachin a guy named bobby, who is a ysa AJ patels friend. and at the beginning he told us he doesn't feel like its right or what not and so we taught him the lesson, which was 1/2 the PoS and I felt like I should invite him to be baptized. my thought are you jokin? but I felt I should, so I did. he said he feels his baptism was right and that he didn't need to do it again. so it was a no. im still not sure why I felt like I needed to ask him... hope I didn't mess things up! ahh!! :P sometimes being blind is scary! dun dun duun! haha

We taught the hard shell vini and graci again! woo! that was fun! crazy story #2

so they come in, we asked how there BoM readin was goin they also said they feel like it aint true and right for em. we didn't even respond we kept movin haha we were at sis stockmans house (she is boss) gracee had brought her notebook and had taken notes n stuff. they did read the pos pamphlet so they had notes that we didn't get to at all! we just simply taught. we went slow and thorough! we wanted to make sure every point was clear :) so! we only went 1/2 way. up to the spirit world. we touched on everything. vini tried to ask the question that would give the famous answer of Mormons work for their place in heaven. haha but sis stockman answered it beautifully and shot it down! 10 points for the missionaries! haha but the whole atmosphere of the room has been changing from when we first started goin there. they were both silent and answered simple questions we asked. vini tried to twist our words but it just made him seem dumb :) after it was all done, sis stockman called us and said that she was lookin at gracees notes and said that we talked about everything she had written down, that we touched every point she had questions about and concerns about even though she didn't say them. soo cool!! so that was fun!

Jessica Oniell moved :( so sad!!

 Met with Adam Guilles again! had the most amazing lesson ever! with bro simmons! seriously so amazing! I love bro simmons, he just says the exact things that make us feel good! ah! lOVE HIM!

Met with Mesa and Peterson, Mesa is graduating form EOD school! only 30% does, so its an honor to know him! ahh!! than we met with the smiths a few times that week! I love em!  Mary Smith seriously is a Mormon with out the covenant. She does food storage and has the same moral standards we do! SO COOL!!

Easter sunday was the best sunday evveerr!! We had 6 gators at church ^6^!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that is a record!!!!!! Sis Suddeth came, Mesa and Peterson came than TJ, Cameron, and Josh came!! ahhh!!! soo amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! best sunday! Ever! than we went to the bradleys house with tj for lunch! way fun! we got to hide eggs :) lol than we went over to the coolies house for dinner, seriously yall, they are cool hahahha sorry I had to do it! but I love em!! love love love em! they like dr who, they knit, have the greatest pictures, its like love all over the place!!ahh!

So overall life as a missionary is good! super happy we're here another transfer! hurray! itll be a good one!

Sometimes the simple answers bring the strongest spirit

Is it just sad when i think about the past week. my mind goes blank?

once again! crazy foolishness has erupted this eek! im lookin at my planner and remembering these things but dagum. it felt like forever ago!! also! can you believe the transfer is over!?!?! thats messed up! Good thing im stayin in niceville again with sis Ch. this transfer is ganna be a wet one ;)

We have been activley engaged. but i think weve been busily actively engaged in everything!  so much to do, yet not enough things to do! ahh! what is the world comin too??

OK! our awesome gator Jessica Oniell who has a bcd! we had a lesson at mamma E's house. (sis edgintons house) and taught 1/2 the PoS! its so cool to see peoples eyes when they learn new things! she is awesome! she didnt come to church though because seh was throwin up :( yuck! so sad!! but she is getting better!! she moves this week though :( boooo!!!!! i love her! she wants to be a missionary! she is talkin about it and askin alot of questions lol we keep sayin you have to be bapitized first!! ahh! lol

TJ he came to church we taught him the restoration again. kinda a review wtih the cups though. it seems like everyone is a visual learner! so its great!! but... ok did i ever tell yall how in one week  i messed up the first vision 2x?? so embarressin so now everytime i know i get to say the vision i think about it in my head, and try not to mess it up! i discovered that in the restoration movie it says the first vision differrntly so i start to say it that way. but thats not right! gaa! life is soo hard! but its really cool. Joseph smith did more for the church save Jesus Christ only. Joseph Smith is the prophet to open the last dispensation. His wife was incredible. his brother Hyrum was amazing. and you know after pretty much hearing everything you could possibly hear about the church from the bible belt,
I know its true.

Shoo there is that senario about the tree that was givin in conference. like how the strongest trees go through the hardest storms. Its kinda like my testimony, it wont get strong unless its tried to the point of breakage! 

It is frustrating though when i cant explain very well plain and simple truths, or what im feeling. my words come out in a bump of confusion lol.

but!! all our gators are doin awesome!
Peterson has a bcd! woop woop! he is reading and prayin but needs to get better at it! we dont have that much time to teach him with the BCD so its crunch time haha.

Its also really cool to see how God works through others. all week people have been sayin things and doin things for us that just bring tears to my eyes! i really love it here! yes this is ganna be my 4 transfer here. that is a long time! but im happy. there is a ton todo! and on the plus side i dont have to pack and unpack again! hurray!! hahaha  

than on sunday the stake put on a musical performance called the Lamb of God. ok can i just say we have the most talented ward/stake in the world?? seriously it was incredible! i cried sis ch stared at me cryin! (thats wierd...) so many non members, it was alittle overwhelming haha but it was absolutely incredible. it had ailttle les miserable sound. like the people singing and the songs they sang. it definetly made me think about things in a different perspective!
Its always hard to imagine what life was like back than. because non of us were there, so every perspective is good! but serously it was amammamamamzing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and now were just super exhausted again! haha every night this past week, i fall asleep as soon as i hit the pillow. instant and than we wake up 2 seconds latter to the alarm! its crazy!! today is ganna be fun. this transfer is ganna be fun! is a relief to know im stayin though! there is so much goin on!! ahh!!!

This week was in one word: Chaos

haha we lost our phone for a day lol it was missing like 5 hours before we realized it was gone! so... that tells you how important it is to us lol. oops!!! I got my root canal this week. it wasn't bad at all! super fast too that was nice :) I love the Thomas's so much! just sayin! shoo I don't even know where to begin with what happened. so itll be super scattered!

We had met a new family! love her but it was a huge rain storm! hurricane season is on its way! hurray!! :) and so it had been dumpin sheets of water. we had to pull over and wait for it to stop cuz we could not see out the window oops! any way me and sis ch both thought of the family! the Smiths ;) so we went over to their house. it is insane! total chaos! there are 14 kids livin there! ahh!! sis smith was cryin cuz her daughter was in the hospital cuz her fiancé beat her up way bad, but now decided that she was gonna go back. so sis smith the mom was upset then there were little girls everywhere!! so many hallways to the house and kids hiding everywhere! it was insane! ok so background to this find: we had been prayin to find someone, a family who was not happy with their church who were not satisfied with where they were at. kk? remember that

Now back to the smith home. sis smith takes in kids that don't have places to stay, any kids that need help she has em. she has a huge food storage pantry! its awesome!! her morals and standards are basically Mormon! she just doesn't know it yet! so we got to know people and visited with em! the ones we taught were Mary smith (sis smith) TJ age 20, Joseph age 9, and Cameron age 13. the rest were lil girls and there were people hiding in the house so we didn't find em.. (super messy house but not. its complicated) so we taught em a lil lesson. got a return apt. TJ came to church!!!! woohoo! and he looovveed it. like seriously he was soaking it in like a sponge! everyone was super nice and came up to him! it was awesome!! he doesn't look happy, he NEEDs the Gospel!! we went over to their house after church and taught sis smith the restoration. she isn't happy with her church and she wants a change. oh did I mention that they live right across from the church? haha oops! yeah they live way close!  oh my soo good!! they all have boms now... ok that was a lie they don't. too many of em but Heavnely Father answered our prayers!!! AND they are ganna watch general conference this weekend! she TiVod it :) Now im at a point where I feel like im a lousy teacher :P shoo I need to step it up some more!! gahhh!!hahah

The suddeth family came to church! hurray!!! it. was. awesome!! than today. (this morning) we taught her again with her neighbor sis gouker. soo good! she is gonna keep the Sabbath day holy and fast after she is baptized.( did you know you don't have to fast when your prego?? crazy!) anyway! we talked about it in the car. she had said she is waiting for that one thing to get her into the water. than we were thinkin, hmmm we never helped her understand what HG feels like. we talked about it, but if she felt it would she know?? so next time were ganna do that :) I love the suddeths they are sooooooooooooooooooooooo awesome!!!! she is like over the edge of the font! sooo close!!

Than the Barco family came to church! Their boys love church! sis edginton is the best thing that ever happened here! hahaha

Peterson came to church with the Hagewoods! hurray! we didn't get to talk to anyone hahahaha except TJ and the suddeths!  oh I love bein a missionary!! Peterson is doin good though. he is back in school. no more double tappin! haha

We found our Jdub gator again! hurray! she was tellin us about the 3444 people. its crazy when you hear all about others beliefs and notice how they have truth in em! shoo the apostacy is real! Go study up ma friends!!

Sad story time: We were at our gators house. and little Eli the neighbors kid, he wants to be Mormon so bad it breaks my heart. he sat through a whole lesson and he is 6 he sat and listened and read some scriptures with us! all the kids (there was 3) got a BoM. it was a full house lesson! but we came back a few days later and Eli looked way sad and told us his step mom told him he couldn't read BoM and couldn't come to church with us. seriously I almost started cryin with him! I wish yall could've seen him when he told us that. we asked him if he still had BoM. he said yes. we told him to never throw it away! to keep it with him forever! he said he would. but oh my stinken heck! step mom. you aint even his step mom! your his dads gf! back off the kid!! so we had some mixed emotions about the situation.

funny story time: sis smith called me and sis ch fat. hahaha

Lets talk about the FIRST EVER WOMENS CONFERENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO STINKEN AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok that's all ive got to say!! oh my gosh I wish yall knew some of the things ive heard outside of conference. our bishop was sayin things. I was like OMG! he talked about Satan attacking everyones daughters! hard core! and that it starts with romance novels. (SO TRUE) when elder ballard came down here and talked he said how the war in heaven was still goin on and that we are on enemy territory raisin families! . Full force at the women! are you kidding me?!?!?! no and than when we heard Eyering. Follow Eves example. do what needs to be done, be smart and wise. THAN I thought about how God is ganna send down his priesthood army and needs faithful mothers to raise em. -the age change- WHAT!?!?!?!?!??!?! HOW CRAZY IS THIS!!!

Basically the end thing to learn from this weeks letter is that life is good. its fun bein a Mormon. General conference is sooo close! im so excited like Christmas hahaha

Week 2 of insanity

AH!

Why is it that every day is a crazy day! idk but its awesome. we have had a super fun week hahaha we did trade offs this week also! dun dun DUN!!! haha I stayed here and sis Garten came here! woah! crazy! lol its pretty interesting to see how the things that I taught her, she still did! kind of cool!! lol but it was a fun day! we went and saw our family! thor brock Tabitha mom, we met thors girlfriend beca! and our adopted gma hahaha we started em on family history! so awesome

Here is our awesome plan me and sis ch have decided. a member brought this idea up. ok well since I have been here a few members who baptized a million people were tellin us about their missions. so in the Book of Mormon, in Helaman 5:14? not sure if its the exact one but it says how nephi and lehi who are missionaries baptize thousands of people! so we thought...we have the same gospel we're teaching like nephi and lehi. every missionary in the BoM! we are teachin the exact same gospel! why aren't we having thousands of baptisms? then we thought, well yes the people we're around aren't killin each other like in the BoM. but we're worse then Sodom and gomarrah! we have so much more things happening then everything combined! so the world needs the gospel more then ever! then we remembered, there is a prophecy about the south, how it will be the highest baptizing place in the world! and how whole congregations will join together, that is thousands of people!! now we thought, ok how do we do that. Pres hit it right on the head.

Family History

So we are creating a plan to start teaching congregations about family history! get inside churches and do classes on family history!

Congregations will convert. so why not now? haha

ok anyway!! our ward had a big activity. it was an action fundraiser for the youth camps. it was way fun and funny hahaha

we have had some pretty intense lessons this week!! lots of gators not understanding that the BoM isn't replacing the Bible!... I guess this week I realized once again that im in the bible belt lol sweetness! bring it on cupcake!

Oh my gosh ok so we were on a bike day and Jamie Bradley came out with us! it was sooo fun!! we made tons of new friends! we bike through the DQ drive through to get lunch lol then ate at the turkey walk park! Idk what has been happenin. I just feel like we talk to way more people and see more people and we're out in public way more! no time for members some days lol its crazy! then this week there has been an abundance of kindness happenin! like so many people callin to check up on us! and wantin to take us out! like so much is happening!! its kind of insanely awesome!!  shoo I don't even know where to begin what happened. hopefully this week we will get more organized and so ill have more specific things to write lol ah!! but just so yall know this week has been awesome! and we're doin good!

What a week it has been like. holy rip. I don't even know where to start! so much has happened. we have skipped lunch like 4x this week because we didn't have time! I know its crazy because yall know how much I love to eat!!  BUT We  have found a grip ton of new people. like its a little insane. its not even our goal to get this many! we wanted to get the ones we already have progressing! but they just come into our paths! we're not gonna ignore em. we talk to everyone!! ahh!!! ok so imma just pull out some main highlights haha

Me and sis ch work great! seriously its freaky. we teach well together, we get along so good. im havin soooo much fun!! and the fruits of our efforts are being seen! sis ch is an incredible missionary. so success will follow wherever she goes. hallejuha she is here hahaha.

We have been adopted into the coolest family in the world!

Sis bassett told us to go see her neighbors she said they were pretty cool. so we did! Tabitha is the moms name and mr. schaeffer is the dad (not sure of his name) they have remodled their house to look like the 50's. everything 50's. we entered into the 50's!! they have 2 sons.Thor and Brock. Thor is big and muscular and Brock is smaller and muscular. thor is 20. so my age and brock is 17 so breannas age ;) They look and dress like they did in grease!! the hair and everything!! we were over at their house for like 2 hours just talking and getting to know each other!! They are our family now haha they called us their sisters and we call em brothers! mom and dad!! seriously I thought of my sis Breanna like 99% of the time. she would die in this house! So tada!! I have found another family! shooo family reunions are gonna be BIG!! haha

Then the Greens. So jeremiah went to jail. and Erica moved to crestview with her grandparents to get away from him. all of this happened in one day! crazy!!!

Sister Russell bought us a grip ton of vitamins. SO we are now Healthy people! tada! look at us go aww! haha we take pills all the time! we feel like old people!! druggies!! ya you thought I was a druggie before... hahaha that was nothing!

My tooth is feelin better. I have to go back in 2 weeks though. so I have more time to convert the workers :)

We got the sickest ward mission leader in the world!!!!! Bro Nettles!! seriously sick! Oh my this is incredible! he asked how we were doing with getting members involved. I said ask and ye shall receive. and then we ask and so we get good member presents! poor elders they were like no we have a hard time with that :\ #thatawkwardmomentwhen...

The Barcos are doing incredible! they came to church again so this is their 3x! wooooo! they are staying longer and longer! wooooohoooo!! oh my and they are reading and praying and the spirit is getting stronger in their home! I just love the barcos!!! ahhhhhhhh

We have started meeting with Deborah Bell she is a LA and she is so cute we just sit on her floor and teach her a lesson. she is... just so stinken cute! that's pretty much all ive got to say! she lives alone has 2 grown kids. shes a convert.

So for our work out one day this week. we found a military obstacle course. and so we planned to go do it for our workout! we got inside ;) and we did it. HOLY FLIP! its scary and hard! lots of things to climb over and its testing your strength! there was this tower k. and a big net to roll down from the top of the tower. we just looked and each other and said we've got to do it!!! getting up to the top of the tower was sketchy! haha the wood that you had to climb on was spaced far apart!  we hit a point where it was spaced way apart and we were way high up. we couldn't get down either haha we had to go up!! when we got to the top and looked down we were just like dang! if we had fallen we would have just DIED! haha ok maybe not die but not feel very good. it was cool how we got up though because we did it together. like we helped each other out! team work!! so I jumped into the net bum first. I was so scared! now this morning was so stinken cold! so when your skin is cold and you hit it, or scrap it, it hurts a whole lot more!! so I ended up rolling down the net. I have battle wounds from where my knees went through the net holes haha ow! than sis ch had to go but she didn't want to after she saw me! needless to say we made it safe and alive and are ready for round 2! oh my heck it was so much fun!!!!

OOPS sorry this is way long! ok ill hurry. We had 4 gators come to church!! one of the EOD boys Peterson came with bro hagewood. the barcos came. the suddeths came! they had the baby blessings and it was beautiful!! than loraina coutoy! wooohooooo!!! and we didn't sit by anyone! they all had member fellowshippers! woop woop! talk about incredible ward!!!

Than last night our gators Quinton and aaron invited us to their church meeting. they are gonna come to ours next time ;) but we were a lil late,and we walked in and everyone turned around. with us there there was 17 people. I counted haha we split up into groups and talked about scriptures and Gods love for us. so I answered I was prayin that I would say something inspiring hahah idk.i kept lookin over at the other group where sis ch was in and I saw them talkin and laughin and readin scrips so I thought . man ive got to step it up!! so I tried hahaha I taught my group about missionaries! and who we are how long we're here etc. then I asked em how long they had been goin to the church. most of them weren't for very long! shoo. so I got the peoples numbers who I felt we could give BoM to. we got like 4 potentials? plus our 2 gators. hahaha its crazy how like the spirit is weird in their church. stage for a big band and loud yelling preachers. I just kept thinkin about how the spirit speaks in a soft gentle voice. still small voice haha. nope not a lot of the spirit was their until I started talkin to my group and sis ch was doin it too!

OVER ALL! So much more awesomeness happened this week and I can't even say it all! not gonna burn your eyes from readin it ;) to cool to be real!

Week one

Umm ok I don't know how to explain what has happened. like im afraid of whats to come because im so happy right now. ahhh!! but this last week. Sis C is gone! Brewton Alabama! :\ so im in the groove of getting used to the new comp. Sis Ch. aka Christopherson. she is from casper Wyoming she has been out for 6 months, she just turned 20, she has a younger bro and sis. she is a convert, she was baptized when she was 15, her fam was part member, she came from Chipley where she has been her whole mission, she flys planes and loves to talk to everyone. we teach pretty well together so far. I talk too much though... eek! ive gotten in the habbit of just not assuming. and just doin! sis Ch is pretty sick though. w'ere super similar in a lot of ways haha kinda funny. ummm.. she has dirty blonde hair, my height a beautiful smile... ummm idk hahaha So the last few days with sis C were interesting, her runnin around packin. I sittin downstairs settin up apts for the weekend and such, sis C panicking cuz she's leavin, me sittin watchin her pack... hahaha she didn't tell anyone she was leaving so there were not any fams she really wanted to say peace to lol she can do what she wants :)

Well now that sis Ch is here all the things in which has happened in Niceville she doesn't know. lots of inside jokes with members that im tryin to fill her in on. I feel like im just shoving info at her! this week I am realizing how bad of a missionary I really am hahahahha like no structure in studies, never say things right, always say the strangest oddest things, give too much info when none was needed. idk im havin a companionship identity crisis? lol not sure what to say! its one of those things where you see a HUGE mess in a room and your like not sure where to start. and if you just attack it, nothing happens to it? lol its weird and frustrating.

BUT! we are having so much fun! like its.... fun!! yes we work hard and I know a lot more about the area then she does and im tryin to fill her in on everything. But its fun! like... im havin fun again! the world is brighter? hahaha all the members are like 'where is cooper?' I say ' brewton Alabama!' they say awe! she was the funniest! strangest sister ever!!' a few of the members have brought up things that she has done, and I just laugh hysterically because I know she does things like that. then some ask me if im happy she's gone. I never answer, i just say that i wont answer that. then one member was like, ok sis milne unplugged, what was it like? i said maybe when im not a missionary anymore! ya'll saw her, you were with her! haha she is absolutely brilliant! still blows my mind hahaha. im nervous on that part where people ask questions and make jokes etc. i don't agree and i just don't say anything lol thisll be fun!

I have just been praying that ill be able to be a good comp for sis Ch. that's for sure. on Friday we both woke up with stuffy noses, my cough got worse and so we're like NOOO! we cant get sick! so than it got worse :( so we bought a few cough drops and boxes of tissue today haha

We had some pretty sick lessons this week! Sis Suddeth. amazing woman. part member, her hubby is LA and they have 2 adorable kids. a 2 yr old and 3 month old. SO CUTE!! she wanted to take the lessons again right? so we finished the Restoration and the Plan of Salvation. this morning actually lol we taught the creation cuz we didn't and we went into the gift of the Holy Ghost. and she just eats it up. i love her the spirit is in their home! its amazing!!! we asked her if she''d  say the closing prayer. she started the prayer and just broke down crying! we didn't move. ok well i looked up to see if she was ok. but she just cried! and than the spirit got super thick!! she didn't know why she was cryin, she wants the gospel in her families lives so badly!  she said that they would read the BoM every night as a family. The Russell family knows her hubby, his pilot call sign is Chuggs. lol  so we're tryin to hook the two families up! this weekll be a good week for the suddeths! on sunday they are gaonna bless the baby, liberty. CUTE!  Than sis Diviney is back!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOHOOO!!! we taught her the first 1/2 of PoS! super powerful it was really cool to see how everything we were sayin didn't seem new to her. kinda like she already knew it.. huh funny how that happens #AWESOMELESSONS

Me and Sis Ch are still figurin out how to balance each other but its been pretty dagum good so far! Put your trustin the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding. that is a true fact!! haha

Letter 58!

AH!

Ok this week has been insane literally. as im lookin at my planner for this past week. it has been forever ago! Monday was so dagum long ago! ahh! hahaha

WELL! lets start with the Green family!

We saw them a few more times this week. then played counselors. they were in an argument and they invited. no jeremiah invited us over. Erika was cryin they have been married a year. and so they were basically complainin about each other to me and sis c. we just sat there on their floor... awkwardly listenin. when jeremiah left the room. Erika told us that he was abusive. (oh crap) so when jeremiah came back and they went at it again we had to take control of the situation, we raised our hands and told em to time out lol. we showed em lds.org and their marriage stuff. watched mountains to climb Erika cried, I cried. ahh! they still want to be happy! we left em with a couple conference talks to look over together. the spirit was STRONG! We started PoS this week. with em... so Jeremiah got antied by his preacher. who told him to not talk to us and not let us into his home! how rude he don't even know us. pfft lol so he don't want to get dunked no mo. He is a funny man. He is always sayin. "ok imam be honest with yall." "Honestly yall" "ok honestly, imam just be strait up honest with yall" than he goes off on a random story that has no meanin. and he looses us! he is definitely deaf in the ears! when he goes off on these...'tangents' even his wife will make a face at us tthat says im sorry. but Erika still seemed into it! ahhh!! we had sis bassett come with us again. and she was there for the whole thing. she said afterwards that he seemed off. and that the things he said were iffy. so yesterday before church we went next door to see if they were comin to church like they said they would. and Erika said they weren't, jeremiah wanted to go to the Baptist church and she has to go with him. :/ dang. I just want to kidnap her into our apt and keep her and braylin safe!! come to church!!!! so last night we went over with the intention to read with them. but tada! they had been converted to the Baptist way! and they gave back their BoMs and stuff we gave em. and want to try to convert us. well its mainly jeremiah. Erika was sayin how in church she really felt the spirit! she got goose bumps and chills, and she was cryin the whole time! but than jeremiah said that after we left em when they were arguing our aura had left a really good spirit and that it lasted all night into the next day.... our aura? shoo its the spirit!! so over all. we lost our 2 bcds, and our gator family :( sis c was flammin up! last night jeremiah was on one, sis c was on one! hahah oh deer. we talked about it for like and hour afterwardslol. AHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SATAN GET THE HENCE! fer reals. this is foolishness.

Than our other BCD Christa has been out of town all week! her work has just exploded with things to do! once again satan is hard at work.shoo someone is ganna get hurt!!

with all this happennin, it has made me start to rethink my teaching techniques. I seriously am not a good teacher. like we were readin in the scriptures today, and I have been hearin stories all week about missionaries and the people theyre teaching. and I am seriously questionin everythin! ahh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok on the pro side, we got 8 new gators this week! hurray! we were nice to ourselves a few times only cuz of all the freaken bible bashers we talked to this week. so here is another conclusion I have come to. in Niceville I have not met with soo many bible basher Mormon hatters! seriously!! so many that will actually talk to us sisters!! its insaine. after the lesson with sis bassett, she asked us if we felt this way all the time. for it is a sickly feeling, pretty much brings tears to my eyes, with a little bit of anger and sorrow. and I said yep we have this a lot. but the good feelings out way the bad! its just hard to remember the good sometimes. just like a hill. climbin it is aweful!! but once your on top, life is beautiful! and so good! yet you cant help but fear the fall and the climb up again. and you do this over and over and over again! how can humans do this so much! up down up down up down.! there was a quote that said,

those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it

but we did meet some solid people! our part member familys are bein super nice. Heavenly Father doesn't forget us, he blesses us in ways thatll give us the strength to climb the next mountain. how about we just ride the escalator?? I like it!

Ok funny story time. so on Saturday we gave a church tour to our EOD boys :) the hagwoods and their friend :) love em!!  sis c asked Peterson to be baptized and he said yes! just on his own time! she was super happy she has never invited someone to be baptized and then have em say yes before. it was cute! but we were on bike that day. we had a full schedule!! woop woop. we left the church and was goin down this hill. I was in front and I hear a bike fall. I turn around and sis c is spralled out in the road. I slame on my brakes and run up the hill to her. she is dazed and bloody, she ate the pavement hard! her chin was bloody and her knee was, her arms have cuts and bruises and so do her hands. there was a guy inside a house where she crashed that ran outside to help us. we got a new gator out of the whole experience. lol, but its so sad. I took pics of her! haha I should not laugh but I cant help it :P when people ask I always smile a little. I bite my tounge hard!! hahaha so now she is an injured woman. fun life!! welp that's it for this week. im  hungry now and I possibly need a nap. haha

Transfers

Hey im stayin in Niceville another transfer!!

Being in an area for more than 2 transfers is always a fun adventure. This week has been strange. like idk what to say about this week. transfers have kind of messed with my brain for a bit. but first off. lets start off with the most amazing dinner in the world with The sister Bacon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I miss her so much already! good thing its not the end right??

We got a new solid gator Stephanie suddeth. part member and she wants the gospel! also the Barco family part member, they want the gospel in their lives too! The barcos came to church on sunday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOO!!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! a little excited :) hahaha so many members that I love here. so many funny experiences! We're doin a marti gras family history booth this Tuesday at the local college, we have a pretty sick poster and another part member family gave us tons of beads and masks hahaha I am learnin what a ton of stuff means!! ahhh! so funny. we have been tryin to get new gators that are solid and get all our other gators progressin. so we've been inside a trailer park a few times, and we're makin friends with the kids haha they just swarm us! we met them by walkin down the street and one of the little boys asks if we're Mormons and we said yeah! he told us that Mormons used to come by all the time in their old house. so we instantly became friends with all the kids ahah James is the little boy he has been introducing us to all his friends. and all the kids tells us where they live so we can come visit! way to be missionaries! its really cute. I love those kids!! super fun :)  we've been bikin a lot this weekend and walkin. talkin to lots of people. yep.... that's pretty much it! sis c's face and arms are healin up real well. im becoming a germaphob though ;(  its getting warmer!! all the ants are back. havin fun bein a missionary! im 3/4 done with Jesus the Christ. I have to finish!!!!!! ummm... what else

This next transfer is gonna be boss. we're ganna baptize 500 people. hahaha the font will have to be full 24/7!!! except on Mondays. that's our pday ;) lol wellp next weeks email shall be funner hahaha idk this weeks was short. sorry!!

I just want to kidnap her into our apt and keep her and braylin safe!! come to church!!!! so last night we went over with the intention to read with them. but tada! they had been converted to the Baptist way! and they gave back their BoMs and stuff we gave em. and want to try to convert us. well its mainly jeremiah. Erika was sayin how in church she really felt the spirit! she got goose bumps and chills, and she was cryin the whole time! but than jeremiah said that after we left em when they were arguing our aura had left a really good spirit and that it lasted all night into the next day.... our aura? shoo its the spirit!! so over all. we lost our 2 bcds, and our gator family :( sis c was flammin up! last night jeremiah was on one, sis c was on one! hahah oh deer. we talked about it for like and hour afterwardslol. AHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SATAN GET THE HENCE! fer reals. this is foolishness.

Than our other BCD Christa has been out of town all week! her work has just exploded with things to do! once again satan is hard at work.shoo someone is ganna get hurt!!

with all this happennin, it has made me start to rethink my teaching techniques. I seriously am not a good teacher. like we were readin in the scriptures today, and I have been hearin stories all week about missionaries and the people theyre teaching. and I am seriously questionin everythin! ahh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok on the pro side, we got 8 new gators this week! hurray! we were nice to ourselves a few times only cuz of all the freaken bible bashers we talked to this week. so here is another conclusion I have come to. in Niceville I have not met with soo many bible basher Mormon hatters! seriously!! so many that will actually talk to us sisters!! its insaine. after the lesson with sis bassett, she asked us if we felt this way all the time. for it is a sickly feeling, pretty much brings tears to my eyes, with a little bit of anger and sorrow. and I said yep we have this a lot. but the good feelings out way the bad! its just hard to remember the good sometimes. just like a hill. climbin it is aweful!! but once your on top, life is beautiful! and so good! yet you cant help but fear the fall and the climb up again. and you do this over and over and over again! how can humans do this so much! up down up down up down.! there was a quote that said,

those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it

but we did meet some solid people! our part member familys are bein super nice. Heavenly Father doesn't forget us, he blesses us in ways thatll give us the strength to climb the next mountain. how about we just ride the escalator?? I like it!

Ok funny story time. so on Saturday we gave a church tour to our EOD boys :) the hagwoods and their friend :) love em!!  sis c asked Peterson to be baptized and he said yes! just on his own time! she was super happy she has never invited someone to be baptized and then have em say yes before. it was cute! but we were on bike that day. we had a full schedule!! woop woop. we left the church and was goin down this hill. I was in front and I hear a bike fall. I turn around and sis c is spralled out in the road. I slame on my brakes and run up the hill to her. she is dazed and bloody, she ate the pavement hard! her chin was bloody and her knee was, her arms have cuts and bruises and so do her hands. there was a guy inside a house where she crashed that ran outside to help us. we got a new gator out of the whole experience. lol, but its so sad. I took pics of her! haha I should not laugh but I cant help it :P when people ask I always smile a little. I bite my tounge hard!! hahaha so now she is an injured woman. fun life!! welp that's it for this week. im  hungry now and I possibly need a nap. haha

So this past week has been crazy. just like the others

seriously so much crazy foolishness is goin on! ahhh!

First of all lets talk missionary talk for a bit lol ;) we got new neighbors next door to us and we talked to them. then one night they just started asking us questions about who we were etc. so we started teaching them about BoM. that was monday night. and their names are Erica and Jeremiah Green. Jeremiah started tellin us how he was called as a prophet.. oh boy not again! they seem so legit!! lol the next night, we brought an amazing member, sis bassett. she had me over on my bday :) but she came and it was aweosme!! we shared half the restoration with the cups n stuff. ya know visual aid. we tried to emphize how when the authority is lost things like baptisms are not valid. always interesting but we left half way through! we went back 2 days later! with sis bassett again and finished the restoration. i broke down the authority and taught it to them in a way that theyd be able to understand! we did the cups too, and watched the restoration video!! they got a bcd for march 22! they totally get the whole apostacy and need of a restoration!! hahah everytime jeremiah talks about the authority and having to be ordained etc he does what i showed em. puttin hand on the head. soo cute!!!! then on sunday erica works every other sunday and jeremiah didnt have a ride but didnt ask for one :P so they didnt come this week. next week for sure though!! sis bassett invited them to dinner sunday. so we went too!! the twitchells came also. sooo good! now they know 2 strong solid member families with kids the same age as their kid bralyn! soooo GOOD!! Christas bcd got moved to the march 22 also! so we have 3 bcds we're workin towards. with more on the way!! woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! we are just a little happy thats all ;)

we had zone conference this week. it was awesome! they talked alot about family history. how the missionary work is goin on on the other side too! that us missionaries and the missionaries on the other side need to correlate and work together! cuz their gators can only go so far until their work needs to get done. and it gets done by us, and our living gators! so it was really interesting to think about missionaries on the other side. they need help on the other side and they are recruiting kinda. 13 missionaries have died this year i think they said. 13. to go do the work on the other side!! the gators of the dead are pushin thier livin ancestors to get taught so they all can get the work done! its insane to think about. it all makes sense in my head. its just a HUGE thing and it doesnt come out right. but they are so real! our ansestors, the spirits on the other side. are so. real! just like you and me real!! every member a missionary right? we'll not only help the work on this side but go do it on the other side!

anyway! this week was good. we had trade offs so i went downt to fort walton with sis anderson. that was really fun! i love niceville though. like fer realz were kickin its butt!. the members here are stickin incredible and i dont exactly know how to handle it! we're settin so many things up. like really so much is happenin its kind of awesome. life is still hard. but its gettin better though. valentines day was boss! just sayin. members made it the best!  OH so its kinda weird how people dont think we believe in the bible lol. just kind of fun when you see that they understand that we love the bible. haha they try to bible bash us with things that we believe! oh the joys of rumors and false anti- mormon stuff :)

Happy Valentines Day

Hello

well the past few days since last Wednesday have been interesting for sure. we had dinner with 2 elderly women, and I had the funnest time of my life! when we left I was just laughing and thinking... shoo do I belong with old people? maybe so... sweetness party for life! Then on Thursday was my official 1 year mark. and I got sick :P but I worked the whole day until like 730 and then crashed. but that day was awesomely fun! we did our family history booth class thingy, definetly NOT prepared. and not Trained and equipped to do it. shoo. we need to be united in purpose! but it was fun. then we took sis chirsta diviny on a church tour with sis edgington. (sis edgington is absolutely amazing! like I seriously love her to death!) and sis diviny is smart and very practical hahaha she asked questions like "where do yall find a place to buy a font like this?" and this question was after we invited her to be baptized. So let me back up a bit, I had been pondering at how we were doin missionary work. how I was doin. and I realized I had slacked off my boldness, I didn't invite people because then they wouldn't do it and be progressing anymore. I slacked off big time. so I told sis c that we need to step up our game that we need to have no fear! tomorrow on our tour with sis diviney, lets invite her to be baptized! yeah! BAPTISM! don't make that face! baptism! than lets invite everyone to church hard core! no regrets! she agreed. so on the tour we asked sis diviney to be dunked and she said yes! she needs to pray about it and stuff. then she was like, now who is ganna tell diviney (her la husband) lol. not it! seriously though, I realized also how into it I really get. I care about every minor thing with me and sis c. I lean on her and rely on her in ways I shouldn't. cuz it effects me! so im steppin it up personally. I aint a kid no more. I aint no baby missionary no more. now is the time for me to step up and be great. anyway. after our amazing church tour, we went with another member to a new gators house, she let us in. the member really connected with her, Miss Tina. people were cryyin! miss tina was sayin how she has been prayin for something like this to happen to her. she had been prayin for peace!

Ok people of the world who read this: Let me tell ya something. K? This world. earth. today. It aint the end! nope. there is a bigger thing happenin in the world then you know! its time to  tell everyone what they have been longing to hear! now many many people will say no. only because they don't know! they literally don't know what else is out there!! when they learn or hear new info, it pierces the heart and will send em to their knees. The Gospel is needed. Its true. Your spirits need to be taken care of as well as your bodies do. don't neglect your spirits. be kind and gentle to it. its who you are!

Thursday I was sick. so I slept most of the day. Saturday we went on splits, I did service at sis beetles house (older injured women, (I touched bras, hairy socks, emptied a portable potty! shoo crazy foolishness)) and sis c and Jamie went out to visit people. it was a good day. Ok so sunday was amazing. I love church. I love this ward. I love the members here. I know I say that about every ward, but there is something here. I really really love it. so many spiritual things have happened and I don't know how to put it into words. I feel the love of the families here and holy rip the work is exploding!

I am feelin better now, my throat just hurts a lil. so im almost healed! haha I bought tissues though, blowin my nose like nothing else matters. lol oh and the funny thing is, sis c has gotten sick. so imma deep clean the house... again!

Wednesday Letter & pictures

So hey yall

Im writing on Wednesday because we did a family history booth, and Mondays were their busiest days. so we just swapped pday till today! just for this one time though. haha it was interesting. life has been so dagum interesting. last Tuesday we went to the dr for sis C. it was in Pensacola! so we got to have a road trip! woop woop! hahah it was hailing and sleeting. hahah frozen rain. the whole time! icicles everywhere! it was getting below freezing over here yall! cra cra ;) but we got there and back safely! so the hospital we went to was a Baptist hospital, funny to see peoples faces when they saw our name tags! when we checked in, I sat down and sis C went to the bathroom. all the nurses gathered together and started whisperin about us lol "the Mormon missionary" and that's all I could hear, I don't know if they  knew I could hear em. hahahah anyway! sis C goes in. im readin JtC and tryin to stay awake! haha (I was sittin on a giant comfy chair) then I was called in lol. so I go in and the dr asked me if I have seen a difference in her behavior from 6 months ago till now. I said that I had only known her 7 weeks. he sat there for a minute and asked me the same question again. I said no, she seems the same the whole 7 weeks we've been together. then the dr who was grumpy! lectured both of us for another 20 mins on sis Cs condition. which we already knew. hahaha we left, sis c was angry at grumpy dr. we got krispy kreme because it was close by! got lots of amazing donuts YUMM! lol then later that week we were at our gators house sis diviny for dinner. and told her the story and she is an attorney, so what she says sounds doctrine. lol she said that I should have said. "yeah she was different. She was BLACK! full on black! with a big ____ afro!!" hahahhaa we cried laughing so hard!! Sis Diviny is doing well! she is goin on a church tour tomorrow! woop woop! she is readin Bom and keeps inviting us over haha her husband who is LA, been through the temple, baptized all his kids. he is a little tougher man. but he loves sis c. lol

on Wednesday we were Frozen inside! litereally. we were told to stay inside by pres. lol we were inside forever!!!!!  till like 2! ( I took a long nap hurray) it froze here in florida! it got below freezing when it rained and everything froze. the whole town shut down! everyone was instructed to stay inside. school and work were canceled. we went outside onto the street. not a living soul! the roads were thick with black ice and frozen "snow". it was so cold! hahahaha crazy!!!!!! slowly our zls told us things we could do. like walk short distances. than a few more hours later, we could get rides from members shorter distances hahahaha awesome! we just walked lol  then on Thursday. everything was still shut down but we were allowed to go out. that was Thursday and so we weekly planned till 2 anyway! lol. I love the Bradley family and the edgington family! there are just certain families in every area you serve in that you just Bond with! and its a deeply rooted love! ahh!

Thursday we had interviews with pres. that was good. lol then we taught more of our gators. our gator pool is growin  bigger. we just need em to get progressin faster! no fear. no regrets. need to implement that more. Monday we went out to eat with gpa howell. and he was introducing us to our young man waiter! but the way he did it was like a date! hahah "young man do you know who these young ladies are?? well you need to!" umm. awkward! we just sat there! I talked, tryin to smooth over the awkwardness. lol funy! gpa howell is on a dating sight so we get to hear about it.  yesterday was Zone training. our elders took the car and left us. so we bike over there :P lol love our elders though I really do! they are nice! we were in the car and it hit me. I was the oldest person there! and that is weird.. but zt went well didn't get into trouble again! hurray! and that's about it. lots of eye openin experiences lol I love John ch 9. like it has to be one of my fav chapters ever. and that Alma 51:17 is pretty intense!

Letter time

O this week was so weird! like seriously! i dont even know what to say about this week. transfers happened. we're still here, the new elder is elder smellie. yes smellie haha so we say smiley to be safe. we had some amazing lessons this week! like powerpact! but they were few and far between. we're out of miles! so we're askin for rides right and left, its hard though when we dont have anywhere set we have to be! ahhh!! hahaha.

So there is a LA family the kennedys who we got to go see. we set up an apt and they were there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so happy!! hahah they are amazing!! just bro and sis Kennedy live at home, but we are doin an experiment with em. where we teach em like gators for 3-6 weeks, rekindle the fire of the gospel inside and they were totaly down for it! woohoo!!! hahaha. oh my i love them! sis Kennedy gave us coloring books hahaha she loves to color. sweetness coloring party!! ive officially caught up on my sleep i think. i dont know where it had gone but now im semi normal. well as normal as i can get i think. im still tired hahaha i feel like that it has gotten easier the longer ive been doin it, but still it is exhausting!! one of the elders in my district goes home the same time as i do, so we talk about stuff after mission life (which'll never happen cuz i aint comin home) like i will definetly sleep in! woohoo! ok ewe gross lets not talk about this foolishness!

i was thinkin about this last night, there are soo many members here that i fur real love! missionary work is hard, no one to teach, no one keeps apts, dont do commitments, but the members are amazing! so amazing! and then you remember the amamzing moments, when people show up at church, and when they keep commitments, baptism, member present, spiritual thickness etc,. the pros out weigh the cons! but i really love people out here! i never fully understood when RMs would say they loved the people. like how can you love the people?!?! but when you know soo many souls and you get to know them. soo many souls make people! and i love them!! shoo life is amazing with love in it!!! niceville is aweomse! boggy beyou, is what it used to be called! haha fish head is a born n raised nicevilliean, hahaha

HEY!

Ok so the days feel like weeks and the weeks feel like days! fur realz. its crazy!! I miss the ghetto. that's all I have to say! but everyone here in Niceville is awesome!! lots of Utah people hahah it aint even 100% southern no more!! lol but its cool its cool! my birthday was AWESOME!~!!!!! It kind of lasted all week! sweetnesss!! that night we went over to a sweet families house. the Bassetts! they made pot pie caserol because i love pot pies, than they were tryin to find the rainbow chip frosting but couldn't find it anywhere!!! So they made their own homemade frosting!!!! it was sooo goooood! even better than the store bought stuff!! than their kids gave me presents!!!! ahhhh!!!!! SERIOUSLY SO MUCH LOVE!!! Than Gpa Howell gave me a whole flippen cake!!!! whaaat?!?!?! hahahaha than there was one dinner at the kellys and they are so amazing!!! we get there and they had balloons and a birthday hat!! hahaha we basically ate homemade pfchangs :) SOOOO GOOOOOD! than she lit candles on a cake for me and they all sang!! THEN! when we were about to share a message sis Kelly leaves and comes back with this HUGE basket full of presents!! WWHAATT?? after our message i opened it! there was 20 presents! for each year of my life!! sooooo sweet! i seriously nearly cried out loud!! seriously!! soooo sweet!!! Best birthday ever!!! everyone was soo nice and loving!!! You can actually feel the love!! it aint a metaphor! its a real thing people! lol so that was my birthday away from home :) Thanks yall so much for the bday cards n stuff!! it seriously has been an amazing bday!!

Zach Carness! he is progressing!! we met with him again this week!! soo awesome!! and he came to church yesterday!! woooohoooooooooooo!! soooo happy!!!! He is reading and praying! hahah we brought a yw with us this last time and we were teachin and the sower analogy came into my head so i started tellin it best i could remember... and i lost it 1/2 way through like i had no idea where i was taking it!! i couldn't connect the lines!!! so i stopped and than everyone laughed!! so embarrassing! time and time again it proves how missionaries are born to be awkward!!!! but Zach did not leave because i messed up the lesson! he came to church! and he enjoyed it! the other super awkward part was in gospel principals the lesson was on the law of chasity... you've got to be kidding me! Zach is getting a handful! hahaha so it was a super... fun? lesson? oh my definetly a journal entry that's for sure!!

Christa Diviny is reading! hurray!!!! i love her soo much!! she loves to give us food and feed us!!! she is reading! we talked about the god head recently and how they are 3 distinct beings with the same purpose! it was fun! i feel like this week i have been super clumsy and loosin my train of thought! hahaha poor sis cooper, bein forced to take the lead!!

Than there is this LA couple were workin with. The Hagwoods. she is 19 and he is 18 they have been married for 6 months and live on base (military) hahah this last lesson was soo awkward but funny. we had another yw come with us! and for some reason Jamie and sis c shut up and wouldnt talk like, at all!!! its so hard sometimes keepin up a conversation all by myself!! ahhh!!! i would even do the stop talking and stare at sis c. she would talk and say some stuff but than shut up again!! so sad!!!!! hahahaha oh the awkward moments of a missionary are many! and they exceed any earthly thing! yep i just said missionaries aint humans! still proves it to this day!!!

there is this LA who is ganna teach us dancing aerobics! ahhh! hahah so i should now come home with skilled work out moves ;)

I figured out what i don't like about biking!! sis c is sooo fast! and i get so tired tryin to keep up and go fast! why cant we just ride! and survive!! it aint a race. yesterday we biked like 10 miles around. shoo when i go at my own pace i can do good and i can survive! need i say more?

Its weird to think that most of 2013 i was away from home. I can almost say that ive been out a year!! weird!!i think ima start lyin about how long ive been out. ill start sayin 7 months, or 8 months! maybe itll come true? hahaha Well here are some good quotes people said this week
