HOW

Hey

So i always think that the subject is like the topic for the letter but idk hahaha just so we know. i always try to write my letters in chronicle order. no i cant spell still. and yes i dont care :) i aint in school! ;) anyway!!! we had zone training this week!! so good! so dang good! sis milne fun fact. i cant do role plays in front of other missionaries!! i get too nervous and then i feel like imma pass out! so no one knowing this of course, i was asked to do role plays! i nearly died haha but panic not humans i have survived! hahaha  well i was sick one day this week :( i dont know what i ate! my stomach wasn't havin it. :( so i slept for half of the day! i dont even know where it came from. then i thought, i got mad sleeping skills hahah too cool to be real! but i feel loads better! FSU fall semester started today so all the college kids are back in town. that means crazy drivers and missionary yelling sister milne haha jk i dont yell i just talk to them through our car peacefully! and in a calm matter! hahaha oh dear! So dang much has happened this week i dont even know what to say! lots of ups and downs with gators and LA's! WOAH ok  so The Tira Bacon! she is doing aammaazziinngg! (just sang that word) she wrote a song about me and sis G. are you kidding me?!?!?! HOW DO YOU RESPOND TO THIS???? So i was just shocked for a while! then i was bursting with smiles and laughs then i was in shock again and speechless! but then, she played us the song. i cried! oh my it is beautiful!!! absolutely b e a utiful!! so i freaked out a bit about that. i was so distracted during our lesson. i just kept thinking. Is this real life? (lol) Am i really apart of this! i mean i hear stories about other people and then wish it was me! but this is unreal!!! My love for Tira was trying to explode out of me! i literally didnt know what to do! do i hug and hold onto her? just say thank you? scream? cry? ah! i didnt know!! and still dont know! like WHAT!! haha I dont know how to handle it! do not know!! then on sunday. it was stake conference and so sis G and her comp was there. they came up to us with tira and tira gave me a CD with the song on it! and other songs that she hasn't put out yet!!! what!?!?! i think i jumped up and down and then jumped on her to hug her! than we had the famous sis g sis m and tira hug! FAMOUS!! it was sooo goood! oh my! i went home and listened to it! im still listening to it! over and over and over again. poor sis K. hahaha oh well! its my CD! she can sing along too! AHHH! but How do you respond to that??? i just freaked out a little bit. in the car i screamed hahahahhaha my poor companion! So much love that i dont know how to handle it!
Now we have Denis! Oh My Gosh!! so we had a few member lessons with him this week. He wants to get baptized! hurray! he said he wants to get baptized before we transfer! so 4 weeks :) pressure is on baby!! but He is doing so well! he is keeping WOW, Chasity, he even stopped swearing! haha funny thing too is that he has been wearing shirts with sleeves! hurray! he usually wears cut off shirts. their not shirts at all... but we love sleeves!! hurray!! We had a lesson at the Brock familys house. they are a really cool family!!! Bro brock is like a sherriff and sis brock is just really cute!! they have 5 kids! soooo cute!! but, the lesson went really well! we went over the last part of POS! and we were talking about the celestial kingdom and how that is where God the Father lives, and Jesus Christ and it is where we can progress! bro brock asked denis why would he not want to make the celestial kingdom a goal! why would he sell himself short of the Glory of God!!! Than after the lesson sis brock had made cookies so we were helping sis brock clean up and bro brock and denis were talking ahaha man to man! glad they did! denis told bro brock he wants to be baptized in a river because all in the scriptures they do it in a river! bro brock is ganna see what he can do! Members are taking over again! wooohoo!! haha but than Denis asked us to come over again later that day because he had stuff to tell us. Ok background story. the day before he drove over to texas with his cousin and his buddy to drop off his cousins kid at the moms house. and on the way back they were on E with gas and almost home. oh and they had no money! so denis said a prayer. out. loud!! crazy!!! outlooud!!! and then he read one chapter and he is now almost done with 2 nephi!! crazy!! but he was saying that he had a lot of time to think on the road trip. because we have always said that he has a lot of potential! but he could see a little bit of it! also he thinks it would be cool to be a missionary! we said yes, yes it tis! haha But Denis is doing REALLY good!!

Oh my we tell him all the time that we love him. he doesnt say it back hahah i will be like "Denis we love you!' he just turns around and looks at me! and smiles ahha i say. "hey! say it back!" he says NO!!! haha I Like you Girls! so we acept that! it is close to love right? but we tell him that we love him all the flippen time! so basically if he doesnt know that we love him than he is ganna get beat!! he told me that he was ganna get thrown into the water at the baptism! hahahaha No. Sis K will save me. but she said she wouldnt! sometimes i fight battles with just me and the Lord!! where is my comp? oh yeah laughing at me on the sidelines! lol ooh dear.

So friday night. we had a really good day! it was 10:30 lights were out, we were both praying. Now please know that it is friday, that is party night, and our neighbors were drunk... but we were praying! i may or may not have been falling asleep in my prayer on the floor. (kneeling is real comfortable) when the doorbell rang. by this time its like 10:45. but the door bell rang! we both were like "you hear that?' i quietly walk toward the door to hear who is on the other side. i hear voices talking. like 3 male voices. the doorbell rings again and there is a knock. Crap!! so i go back into the room where sis K is standing there. who ever was outside are not leaving. i grab sis K and the phone and pull her into my closet. i close the door, sit her down. she is shaking bless her heart. I called the ZL and tell them that there are people here at our house knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell and they wont leave, what do we do. Elder Davis said he'd call us back he's ganna call the APs! so in the mean time the people are pounding on the door. they're saying its your neighbor! your car lights are on! ok A- it could be real and they are just super concerned for our car lights or B- its a play to get us out. so we just stayed inside! haha we kept all the lights off and closed the closet door. now at this point. the door bell was going crazy and so was the pounding, BUT they also came to our bedroom window and started knocking and banging on the walls! i ran  into the kitchen and grabbed a knife. yes a real knife not a butter knife. The elders called us back! FINALLY! hahah they said they were on the way there. we were like ok. just please hurry! they are all over the house!! we made the elders stay on the phone with us while they were driving.  they were bringing elder tatolo. i cant spell his name. but the aps said to bring him because he is a big samoan guy. ahhaha our sweet elders started talking about their day. trying to distract us! it worked until whoever was knocking on our window got louder da gum!! the elders arrived. they hung up. we waited patiently. more knocking! but it was the elders. elder mcpherson was like" sisters its us!!" soo sweet! we run to the door. in our pjs and such looking probably crazy lol they were like yall ok? yes we were.  they said it was just a kid! ok our neighbor has kids sleep over sometimes and they are like 17yr olds. so big kids! and our car light was really on... so  they went and turned it off for us. and they came back. haha oh on the phone i was like oh my if we could just hug you we would! this is messed up!! lol but the elders were like. its ok! just say a prayer everything will be ok. anyway! at our door they're in their pajamas too. they said elder tatolo was preparing to fight in the car ride here. We thanked them. and thanked them and apologized! the kid was sitting outside his house i hoped he wasnt locked out or anything. but anyway! so they left and we went back into bed. we couldnt sleep so we said a prayer together, sis K got her ipod and played church music until we both passed out! so we got to sleep like 11:30? CRAZY!!! i was thinking about it. it could have gotten a lot worse! sis krebs was shaking for a while. she said she wasnt scared and that she is fine, but i know. and its ok! i was a little scared too! i tried laughing the whole time! the next day we called the elders and thanked them again. they said to not worry about it. they are so glad we called and didnt try to handle it ourselves. Than we saw our neighbors. i thanked them for telling us about our car lights! they said yeah, we told the guys that came. haha oh well! i kind of feel bad for sending 3 big elders after them. but we didnt know!! Oh im soo happy our apt has been dedicated!! WOAH! so that was our experience! im now ready for round 2 lol but its crazy to notice the difference between peoples reactions. really crazy. haha Thats all for now! keep livin! never be ashamed for what you dont know! never fake it! never lie. just be yourself! be who God made you to be!! because that is the person not only I have fallen in love with but the one God loves!

Scary story! Then I'll get going. my stomach calls!

HEY!!

First of all. hahah What a week!! SO MUCH HAS HAPPENED!! Who doesnt like being on a mission! when your doing the work, you lose yourself in it. you just think of others and what they need.all. the. time. indeed ridiculously cool! i still cant spell and the language down her aint helpin me much! haha ooo imma type how im starting to talk. ya know the slang im pickin up? haha Jess your ganna love this!!  WELL what has happened this week... SO MUCH!!!! Sis G is doin well with her new comp! every comp goes through rough patches but ya know its always for the better!! hahah she is makin singles ward boom! crazy! it is really cool to see how most of the solid people we were teaching were single people who didn't want to go to singles ward but now that me and sis g have seperated :( lol we have been dividing and concurring! she is real good at gettin them friends and such with people their age. and me and sis Krebs teach and bring them closer to Christ! HALLA!! hahah its a real good time we have! love campus sisters!! Ya know whats real funny? when we're at a members home right, and our gator falls asleep... hahahahah we tried to draw the attention away from Brandon and Kim!! ok confession. brandon fell asleep! He is doing real good! oooo ok i got a real good story for ya'll! so we were teaching Kim and brandon. right and this was like our 3x teachin him. and we had our ward mission leader with us. we had been feeling like brandon could set a goal date for baptism!! so the lesson went really really good! and then sis krebs asked him to be baptized and he said YES!!!! But. don't get excited yet dun dun duunn!! Our ward mission leader stopped us! saying "hold up hold up hold up! lets take baby steps here! how about just reading and praying." me and sis Krebs cringed. That aint how it is supposed to go! after the lesson he literally ran to the car and drove away...? hmm. peculiar? so we got in the car. Oh My Gosh! OMG! did he really just do that!! Oh My Gosh!! needless to say we were a little ticked. There is always risk bringing members to lessons. you never know what they're gonna say or bring up. and inside when something comes up you just die inside and pray real hard that the spirit is filtering it for the gator. like one time we were teaching kim with a member and someone brought up slavery or something. Nope. don't do that! haha awkward. but anyway! after we got home. we called bro davis and asked what he was thinking. and such. he told us he just wanted him to say yes to something.. (in my head i say. Are you joking??) and then we explained stuff and he apologized. so its all good now. but still. like Oh my gosh! you've got to be joking! haha never had that happen before! we asked him if he doesn't want brandon to get baptized. and bro davis was like No No I do!! I DO!! i was feeling weird about it. hahaha sis Krebs got my view on the whole situation. OH DEAR! so lesson we learned from that. EXPLAIN what your gonna be doing with the gator before the lesson and then don't invite bro davis to a lesson when your inviting a gator to baptism... ohmygosh. i still cant get over it! BLAH!!

So Melyssa has quit drinking! woooooooooo!! not gonna lie, i screamed and fell over when she told us! hahaha when people first started askin her why she wasn't drinkin she said she was doing a "your body is a temple cleanse". ahhaha BRILLIANT! right?? then she gained the confidence from the Lord to tell them its a religious thing. mormons. haha She is incredible!!! She wants to get baptized! she is praying on the date right now! this month is crazy for her family and she wants them to be there at the baptism :) She is sooo cute! sis G is workin on finding her a man!! divide andconquer!! yeaya!! But she is loving church! LOVING IT!!! she wants to go to the singles ward. its real hard when she has kids though so we're gonna make a compromise for her! just because of how much we flippen love her! redonkulous!! Sometimes i just don't want to let her go!! The Spirit changes a persons heart! and if you don't believe that. then you need to come on a mission and see it for yourself! incredible!! Melyssa is doing Miraculous! simply amammaazing! (singing that word right here)

We have started teaching THE TIRA BACONS sister Hannah!! she is 10! so adorable!!! she is really happy and excited! she was confused on why the people speaking didn't yell in sacrament meeting. she is used to listening to a scary preacher! eek! not cool!!  but we've started teaching adorable hannah!

Ok for the climax of the week! We have been seeing denis a lot. he got the job he has been praying for! yay! he is a mechanic!! this week was just incredible with him! he agreed to get baptized when he found out these things to be true :XD We may or may not have screamed in the car.... hahahaha!! HE is continously opening up to us! his life just doesn't seem real! especially when you look on the outside. he is an incredible man! incredible! and his lessons are always so much fun! the spirit is super strong and we always laugh. so we had a lesson at kathy clarks house! she is an amazing woman by the way. absolutely amazing!! any who. we got the long version of the restoration and so at kathy clarks house we talked about prophets. and then watched the movie! HOLY FLIP! i have not seen that movie in a real long time! I had lost it. i was cryin like there was no tomorrow. i was also biting my lip trying to control the tear! ridiculous! absolutely ridiculous! me and sis clark were snuggling during the movie! it was a giant rainstorm and the thunder kept scaring us and so we'd jump towards each other every time hahaha. but i love the restoration movie!! real embarrassing cuz i was cryin but it was sooo powerful!!!! Denis was real sweet! after the movie he was like are ya'll ok? i didn't notice sis Krebs was cryin too! hahahahaha he was real concerned! but he loved it! he loves joseph smith! he doesn't open up very much when there are people around. so the next day we asked him about it. and he was saying how inspiring it was! and how Joseph was a cool guy! UH! the spirit was soooo strong during that movie! he now understands why we're here as missionaries and he understands more. don't get me wrong. we still have some bumps in the road to get through with him. ok maybe a few hills to get over hahaha but he told us how he can see a difference in himself and in his life as he has been reading and taking the lessons from us! He is doing soooo gooood! me and sis Krebs decided that one of the ways that denis is gonna really feel Gods love is by us loving him too! He needs to strengthen his faith in Christ! a lot. haha by small and simple things, great things will come to pass. (still cant quote scriptures) We just have to love him! so were gonna love him even more!! he has had a rough past! real rough past and so being truly loved! woah. crazy things happen!!!

now melyssa came to church! and so did kim, tira, logan, Kasmira, Kathy (Less actives were working with) and Denis!! Whats even crazier is that he was wearing a white shirt and slacks... I remember that he told me and sis G that he would never wear one... WHAT! He is changing! changing for the better!! i was just happy that he was wearing a shirt with sleeves! i wouldnt have cared what shirt it was as long as it had sleeves on it! ( he never wears a shirt that doesnt have the sleeves ripped off of them.) But he looked so good! he is making steps! big big steps!!! For some reason the elders cant keep him in priesthood hahah he always escapes hahaha he want to the singles ward sacrament meeting with sis G. aparently she asked him to go. we're gonna have to tell sis G to quit making our gator commit to going to your ward! haha jk he can do what he wants! but i guess he stayed a bit in their sacrament, then went back to priesthood. Denis!! hahaha we are atill working with him!! i did give him a funny look during our sacrament meeting when the young men and women went up to sing. and the young men sang their part denis chuckled. hahah i smiled too but still! we need to be reverent! hahahhaa so funny! sis krebs and i were secretly laughing together! OH my good times good times

 

Scary story!  and then I'll get going. my stomach calls! lol we were walking back to our car. for we were contacting and tracting in a hood. because our appt fell through :P and we saw these 4 guys standing in the road. so we thought! sweet! lets talk to them! now it was getting dark and we were almost to our car too. so we talked to them for a bit, and we got their information. then we felt like we needed to go. and at this point there wasn't much light out. so we said ok we're gonna head out! and this white bald drunk guy came out of this house! the 4 guys knew him. but he started askin us questions and talkin to us. then he was pullin out his fav scriptures from his bible. sis krebs leaned on me the whole time. It was crazy! i said well we have to go. then he stepped in front of our path and said hold on let me finish. i cut him off...  but during this whole conversation. i felt like i needed to stand tall and get us out. be strong and of good courage for the Lord thy God is with thee. He finally let us go. He was kinda rude! actually now that i think about it. he wasnt real nice. but we left and sped walked to our car! when we got into the car it hit us how bad that could have been!!! Sis Krebs didn't say much at all! it was the first time that i felt like i had to protect her!! the song how firm a foundation started coming into my head. so we sang it the whole way home. for i am thy God and will still give thee aid. ill stregthn thee, help thee, and cause thee to stand. So lesson learned? Run to the car and dont let creepy bald guys who are drunk of high start talkin to you. :) Oh how merciful and loving our God is!!! WOAH!!  so that was fun hahahah

Well ill head out. sorry my emails are like getting longer and longer!! so much to tell.. not fast enough hands to type it ! BOO! hhahhah Well Just remember that Joseph Smith is the prophet that restored the church! HE saw God the Father and his Son Jesus Christ! Pray to know!!

Ummm Woah!!

Umm woah

 First of all Lauren ex-groves! you need to write me with every detail of everything! Love sis Milne

OK! i have a new companion!! Her name is sis Krebbs she has been out for 6 weeks. she has been doing missionary work for a total of 2 weeks, her companion had a concussion... BUT she is with me now and i get to finish training her! She is 21, has a bachelors degree in social work, she has a missionary named scott, he is a year younger than she is and they are going to get married! they both know it! i get to hear ALL about it! she LOVES her dog! like obsesively haha she has problems with her eyes i cant remember what its called but one of them doesn't move side to side... so i sometimes think of Sid from ice age... hahah she is super sweet! i have been PRAYING intently to be able to love her! while she was still with her comp that was sick, she came out with us for a couple days and i about lost it... and now she is my companion! The Lord has a real sense of humor! Sister Garten is now in the singles ward, training sister west (my grandaughter) they dont have an apt yet so were all living together! and it really really good! can we all live together forever!! not even playin! sis G is hitting a rough patch and i feel real bad, but im greatful that im there to help her! im the oldest missionary in the apt! Weird!! Sis Krebbs, she was in the band in high school, she plays the flute and picalo? i dont know how to really say it or spell it. thats really awkward!! ok i have to tell you something really really awkward! she has pictures of her and scot together!! super cute and then it gets awkward! KISSING PICTURES!!!!!! ahhhhhh Close you EYEBALLS!! Look away!! hahahahaha Oh My!! so i have been working on loving her. if i can love her with every fiber in my being, i think i can have the patients to endure hahaha this is going to be really fun ok but I LOVE teaching with her!!! like not even playin! Love teaching with her and being a missionary with her! I love it! I love her! she is so good at teaching and leaning on me as i lean on her!!!soooo goooood!! but tender mercy from the Lord. we can teach together! I do miss sis G. but this is good for her. she will grow and learn so much about why i did things the way i did it! i told her that i faked it most of the time hahaha waat!!

Ok this week!!! whaat?? i have a hard time remembering anything but Denis. Denis Peters is progressing SO MUCH!!! we had a lesson with sister pitts and him!! soo goooooood! like oh my the spirit was there. and he said that he is starting to believe! he is starting to understand!! and then we went over again last night. and we were just going to read with him. have i told ya'll about denis? well we flippen love him! we can see him in white ;) ahh! but last night before we went into his lesson we prayed. i said it and for some reason i prayed that he would open up to us! and so during the lesson. oh my its always a fun lesson! haha we checked up on the law of chasity and he was like " WHAT!! I told You i was keeping it!!" haha i said I know!! BUT we will always ask!!! and then we checked up on the word of wisdom! and he likes coffee so we talked about that for a minute. i said. you know what you could use instead of coffee in the mornings? he said. DONT You Say the Book of Mormon! dont say it!! hahah i laughed and said. No silly but that is a really good idea! hot chocolate. hahaha its like we knew each other before this life! so while sis krebs was talking i was looking for a chapter to pull out to read with him. i thought about the baptism covanants in mosiah 18 so im like YEAH!! so we all flipped there and i tried to give a back ground on the story.. (confession. i had NO idea what the story was... so i just said alma. prophet. teaching.... haha) we also told him that while we were reading this to liken unto himself! try to relate! so we read the first few verses. then he was lost. and i realized the story! oops so i stopped and me and sis krebs explained the story. hahaha good thing Denis feels the spirit other wise this would have been bad~!!! BUT it was the story of alma. one of the servants of King Noah with Abinadi!! so we read the chapter. and asked him what he thought! he said it was good. Ok sis milne fun fact. for some reason i make up a ton of analogies! and i tried to do one... it wasn't working it was like something with standing up for what was right. But then a light bulb went on! he said. ok im ganna tell you something. that like no one knows. and you cant tell. so he waited till everyone left the room and he looked around to see who was there and he told us this insane story. it had to deal with him, the military and his mom who has cancer. i cant tell you. im sorry!! But HOLY FETCH!! WERE TEACHING A MODERN DAY ALMA!!!!!!!!! not even playin!! after he told us this. we were like. woah. i didnt know how to act! i wanted to hug him and tell him how brave he was and how incredible that was!! we did... minus hugging him. cuz we cant do that! BUT! like Holy Crap!! incredible! absolutely incredible! just like alma he stood up for what he believed. and like alma. he ran away and hid! so he related to alma. yes we can say he likened the scriptures unto himself! he still wont pray about BoM until he reads the whole thing hahah we're cool with it! he just needs to read faster! we want to be here when he gets baptized :) but he is starting to believe and change. he is changing in front of our eyes!! WOOOOO oh my we love denis!! he knows it. and he just needs to feel Gods love! another cool thing he said was about why he likes to learn about religions. so he took a world religions class in college. and he learned sooo much about religions! but the reason why is because he feels like he owes it to God. God saved his life. just like Alma, the Lord kept him safe and watched over him so that King Noah wouldn't find him! We're teaching a real life Alma. its incredible!! i think i sent pictures of him home to yall! so thats our alma :) but oh my gosh! so amazing! another funny thing that we do. ok its just with me and him... it needs to stop. but if i ask him to pray he says no! hahaha like in the first few lessons we'd ask him to pray he said. No. so we're like if we pray will you pray and He said. NO. and then we asked him if he'd pray about the BoM. (all at different times) and he pointed to the BoM and said NO! hahaha he was nice and we got him to pray. but its like only when i ask he thinks its funny to say no. so sis Krebs always asks him to pray hahaha and he does. He says beautiful prayers! gator prayers are so beautiful!!

Kim is doing soooo gooood!! We're going to start teaching Brandon this week. he doesnt know it yet. but we are ;) he wants to be baptized. so wake up brandon!!! hahahaa kim is so amazing! im truely grateful that im still here for her!! i love her hugs! she is so small! reminds me of hugging someone at home... ;) BUT! what else happened...

Oh we met a Muslim woman who said i looked like her awesome cousin that she loves and gave us marriage advice! so we got a BoM in arabic and we're gonna go drop it off at her house sometime this week!! haha and...gnats are so annoying. when we drive they are in the car and so i kill them with the hand sanitizer bottle. there are a few dead bugs on the windshield.... gross!! Umm Pres and sis Smith spoke in our ward yesterday. SO GOOD!!!! they basically said for the ward to get on with its missionary work! because a lot more missionaries are coming and there is nothing the people can do about it! hahaha epic!! denis liked hearing from our "Boss"!

Im in love with tira Bacon still!!! and we're going to start teaching her little sister hannah who is 10. i also sent home a pic of her. the little asian girl in church. we drew on the chalk board together!!! hahaha Our funny neighbors are back :) Tom and John haha the twins!!! No they are not the vandenberghes... sorry!! hahaha but such a fun week! i feel like im growning! im just ganna pray real hard to keep this feelign the WHOLE TRANSFER!!! we're trying to work through the members more. I am real good at showing people love... so i need to figure out how to use that love...  this is tough!! But oh my gosh! such a good week! Good everything!!!!!!! im nervous for the fall... its coming, a bad day is coming. i know it is. i just dont want it to.. ahhh!! hahaha Im getting fat! and some of my skirts dont zip up all the way... really really awkawrd!! haha dont tell anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahaha ok ok! Liken the scriptures unto yourselves! its amazing! I love you all!!!!!

Im getting a new comp. and her name is sis krebbs. she came with us for about 2 days this past transfer because her comp had to go home on medical reasons :P So i know who she is. she is super sweet! has a bachalor degree in social work! her mom has cancer and they do a bunch of home remedies and herbs n stuff. so she is uber smart! she is i think 21. she plays the flute, was in the marching band, knows music real well, and knows who she is going to marry. he's on a mission right now too!...i cant remember his name...da gum... hmm sis g is going to campus!!! so i will see her every sunday!! WOO!!! she is training! so i get a grandbaby! awe cuteness huh!! and sis g gets like a half sister. im finishing training sis g. this'll be her second transfer! ahh! training is so dang scary! oh well imma just laugh it off and run! ;) ok sooo much has happened this week! moments that i cant even explain in words! ahh!! lets start with KIM!! Kim Mobley was baptized on august 3 and confirmed a member and received the Holy Ghost on august 4! whaaat???? her baptism was soo beautiful!! we never really had any experience planning a baptism... and so just as long as kim showed up, and brother johnson was there to baptize her. and water. we were happy!! but it was really really cool!! our ward mission leader wasn't there. he was out of town, no one in the ward remembered it was that saturday. so not many of the ward came haha there were a lot of missionaries! and gators! kim came and so did her husband brandon! i gave a talk on the holy ghost! i thought i was ganna die! but i said it and sat down hahaha i guess i made a few jokes, but gaaa!!! i can't speak in front of people!!!! teach a lesson? sure as long as i have my companion with me!! but brandon got teary eyed when kim went under the water and came back up. and melyssa said when she was watching, she was crying. 

she wants it so bad!! so that is really exciting!! we were helping kim dry off and she was saying how she is so happy and she feels all tingly and fuzzy... EVERYWHERE!!!  oh my goodness!! we gave her a picture of the georgia temple and she got all emotional!! that is her and brandons next goal (after he gets baptized of course) ahhh!!! so special!!!! Then in sacrament. oh my best. sacrament. ever! not even playin now!! hhahaha kim was there all gorgeous and she got confirmed! i got teary eyed, so did sis g, and kim!!! in her blessing it said that she was a choice daughter in heaven. and i thought about what elder mcpherson said. how before this life we knew these people and we Promised them that we would bring them the gospel in this life!! ooo it just give me goose bumps!! me and sis g knew kim and we promised her she would have the gospel in her life and that we would find her!! it is just so amazing!!!!!! then it gets better. so it is fast sunday so that means, testimony meeting. kim and sis g go up to bear their testimonies!!!!! Kim said how grateful she was for us missionaries for knocking on her door! she said she was in a rough place and had been praying and praying and was getting to a point where she thought God didn't care/wasn't listening/ignoring her.

and then we showed up. her first lesson she cried alot. but i never knew this!! there are so many things that happen in other peoples lives that i dont know about!!!! and than i was thinking, what if we didn't knock on her door. what if we didn't go into that apt complex because it was too scary. for there were a lot of people drinking and smoking and stuff. but we went anyway! and we met kim :) so many things happened since we followed that prompting. or thought from the Holy Ghost that said to knock on these doors! we found a lot of crazy people... (seriously. crazy. like dont go over there its messed up.) but in all the darkness and evil, there was a soul crying out for light. and me and sis g. as missionaries we were like the giant light that came to flick the light switch on in her life! and now she is a member!! she loves church and the scriptures!!!

my dang human mind can't comprehend everything my spirit is telling my body!! ahhh!! but its just amazing! simply. amazing. and now we have a friend for eternity!!

Then there is Melyssa. She has been being prepared and if the bells hadn't invited her to meet the missionaries or to go to church. she wouldn't know the things she knows! she is going to be baptized real soon ;) she is amazing!!!

and then there is Denis Peter!! his life is hard, people in the world are soo mean! so he has been reading the BoM alot and its AMAZING!(singing that word ;)) and he was in the bathroom and the BoM was sitting on the counter (dont know what he was doing in the bathroom. haha) and this girl walks past and sees it. then starts laughing at him! hard core laughing saying that this isn't him. and he told us.

she's right, i dont know what im doing! now this girl is a member. she is very less active. but i mean how sad it that?? she laughed! me and sis g were shocked!! but we helped comfort him and helped him see how much he needs this in his life. sometimes we plan to teach him on things and end up talking about something completely different! teaching according to their needs its awesome! but denis is doing sooo good! he may be a slow one, just because he doesn't know what he wants. this gospel is what he needs! he just needs to find that out for himself :) im not worried! but he thanked us yesterday for listening to him and seeing the real denis. never judge a person! never. denis has had it hard and people are mean in the world. but if you take time to listen. doors start opening and you learn who people really are. denis is amazing! he is going to do great things in life! great things ma friends great things!!

and there is tira bacon the wonderful!! she gave us a note and a cd with a few of her songs on them! she is such an amazing singer and we love her voice! the note was sooo sweet! its definitely amazing seeing how certain people are here for someone. Things happen for a reason!! there is no luck or coincidence.( i cant spell still...) Everything is here to make us better disiciples of Christ and happier and stronger!! wooo!! Look at my muscles!! Grrr haha

jk look away!! Then there are so many people in this ward who i just LOVE!!!! Melissa Nelms is my idol. Marcia Neely-Bey is my favorite person i want to live with her! she came to a lesson with us, and told her conversion story. we feel like that gator is closer to baptism now!! she is super funny oh how i love sis neely-bey!!

so i have been trying to figure out what my gifts are that i can use on my mission! it might be the capacity to love! So many people i love! but i dont hide it. i tell them! i say the word love a lot and i hug a lot of people. this past week there has been A TON of love goin round!! phew! so much love you cant even imagine!! like at kims baptism. we weren't screaming and super happy. its like we knew that we didn't do it. all the screaming is to be done by Heavenly Father. He did it.all thy glory be thine! we felt peace, love and happiness! it was an amazing feeling! i would like to have it again please!!! hmm what else... this week was just dang awesome!! felt the spirit! cried a few times!! This is the last few days i have with sis G! weird!!! patience is a virtue.. remember. someone has it worse then you! and the Lord never forgets you. NEVER! I love yall!!! i love being a msisionay!! its hard to just go with the flow sometimes, but that is how i submite my will to the father. i just go with the flow! He knows best! even though i want to stay with sis g. i will let her go and fly away... be free!!! hahahahhahahahaha oh my im soo funny! the other day sis g told me that she has never laughed so hard in her life then when she was with me. im crazy apparently! and i do things that she would never think of doing!! hahaha laughter is good for the soul!! oh we have laughed, and cried, and got mad. but the love never left!!
